1. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 7 business days and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery time: 1-10 business days

Global Shipping (United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, France, Germany, Spain, Italy)

Cost: $15

Delivery time: 1-15 business days

We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska.

2. My tracking number isn't working
If you've just ordered and your tracking number isn't working, don't worry. All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the shipping carrier needs to receive the
package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse. Your package will most likely be updated by the end of the day.
