Returns and Exchanges Policy
*Returns & exchanges accepted
1. Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of signing for the express delivery.
2. The goods must remain in a brand-new and unused state, without any wear, scratches, deformation, or other conditions that affect secondary sales.
3. The original packaging and accessories (such as certificates, packaging boxes, polishing cloths, etc.) must be complete. Provide proof of purchase, such as order screenshots or invoices.
*Returns & exchanges process
1. Please contact our customer service team (customer@theorientglobal.com) within the specified time and provide order information and the reasons for return or exchange.
2. We will review within 48 hours after receiving the application to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met.
3. After the review is passed, the customer needs to return the goods and related accessories to the designated address, and the freight shall be prepaid by customer.
4. After receiving the returned items, we will conduct an inspection. If the conditions are met, the return or exchange will be processed.
*Refunds
After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for your refund to reach you depends on your original payment method.
PayPal refunds: Immediate
Credit card refunds: Between 5-10 business days.
